T minus 2 hours and 20 minutes

It's 10:10am Jen has had a shuttle launch delay as we were expecting to have her induced this morning (my wife is 9 days past the due date.) However she lost some priority to others and is now suppose to call the hospital at 12:30pm today to find out when we go in. Updates will occur in this article as we know more and pictures and updates should proceed once the baby has actually arrived.

Update: It's 1:45pm and Jen called the OB at 12:30pm like they requested. They have 5 women at the hospital giving birth and 3 of them need to give birth before they will induce Jen. If the hospital doesn't call her to tell her to come in, she needs to call again at 6:00pm and get a status update. We are electing to go through the night to get Jen in, and for her to be induced. (As I, Jen, am tired and have been eagerly awaiting to see my daughter, it is time.)

Update2: It's 7:32pm and Jen called at 6:00pm. More preggo's keep coming in who are in labor so Jen gets delayed again. They said they would call back again at 7:30pm but since it's 2 minutes past, oops let's make that 3 minutes past we are still waiting anxiously.

Update3: It's 8:40pm and we were finally given the go ahead to head to the hospital. Next update after the baby is born. Yay!

Darn, I was hoping for play-by-play during the labor/delivery. And I have to wait until you guys come home to see you, boo! To bad, no wireless at the hospital. Hope all is well and to see you guys soon.
